These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoffeeLink (the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Platform
CoffeeLink is a directory-first B2B marketplace that connects buyers with independent vendors. We do not sell products directly; vendors are responsible for their listings, fulfilment, and customer communication.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering as a buyer or vendor.
3. Vendor Listings
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, availability, and any transactions arising from enquiries received through the Platform. CoffeeLink reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Enquiries & Transactions
Enquiries sent through the Platform are forwarded directly to the vendor. Any sale, contract, or transaction is between you and the vendor. We are not a party to these transactions and disclaim liability for vendor fulfilment.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by scraping, spamming, posting unlawful content, or interfering with other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and software is owned by CoffeeLink or its licensors. Vendor content remains the property of the vendor.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoffeeLink disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
