By far one of our most popular coffees, Sumatran beans have a distinctive flavour profile with a notably syrupy body. The Giling Basah processing method is a unique to Indonesia, but is most comparable to what is generally known as semi-washed. A slower, longer roast profile of our Sumatran develops smokey notes of cocoa, burnt sugar, cardamom, and nutmeg with a syrupy body.
