Since returning to the farm in 2014, Sebastian has focused on quality-driven farming, sustainability, and planting standout varieties like Pink Bourbon, a cultivar celebrated for its vibrant, fruit-forward character. This is the fourth year we’ve had the pleasure of sharing Sebastian’s coffees, and the excitement hasn’t faded one bit. Cherries undergo underwater fermentation before being washed and dried to enhance clarity and aromatics. Roasted for filter, think nostalgic pink bubblegum sweetness wrapped in soft floral aromatics, with a silky texture and a rounded finish.
