Our Roaster's Choice pack offers a combination of single origin beans in 250gm packs. Selections are changed monthly, giving you the chance to try a range of coffees with a special package price. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gedeb Quality begins with meticulous hand-harvesting. Once delivered to the washing station, the cherries undergo a rigorous sorting process. After pulping, the beans are fermented for 48–72 hours before being washed and floated to remove any minor defects. The final stage takes place on traditional African raised beds, where the parchment is sun-dried for up to 16 days until reaching the perfect 11.5% moisture content. The result is a Grade 1 Specialty coffee with exceptional clarity and a sparkling acidity. Tasting : Ripe mango, strawberry, honey, and bright fruity undertones. Texture: Creamy and smooth.
