Origin: Nyamasheke, Western Province, Rwanda Varietal: Red Bourbon Process: Natural This Red Bourbon lot was processed at Mwito Washing Station, owned and operated by Rwanda Trading Company. Since acquiring the mill in 2017, Rwanda Trading Company has cultivated a deep relationship with the surrounding community. In addition to providing access to agronomy training, the company has also established an on-site kindergarten for farmers' children, and maintain a small herd of cattle that supplies both fresh milk for students and organic fertiliser for a dedicated 5-hectare model farm. In the cup, this coffee tastes like pineapple and orange, with a honey like sweetness. We roast every Wednesday and ship every Thursday.
