Lex Blend was a Silver medal winner in the Espresso (Short Black) category at Golden Bean Australasia 2025, the world's largest coffee roasting competition. In 2024, Lex Blend also impressed the judges with a Silver Medal in the Milk-Based (Latte) category, plus a Bronze in the Espresso category, making it a consistently top-performing blend, whether served black or with milk. Lex is our light roast blend, showcasing seasonal coffee’s with fruit forward flavours. This brew features bright, juicy notes of honeydew that evoke the sweetness of ripe melons, complemented by crisp red apple. This blend is all about highlighting the more unique characteristics of coffee.
