Notes of red grape and yellow nectarine, with a brown sugar-like sweetness. Origin: Bandung, West Java, Indonesia Varietal: Andungasari, Bor Bor, Kartika, and Ateng varieties Process: Washed The Frinsa Collective is a family-run estate in West Java, led by Wildan Mustofa, working with neighbouring producers to process and prepare coffee at Frinsa. Known for a progressive approach, the family focuses on experimental processing, including honeys, naturals, and anaerobic lots, as well as separating out single-variety lots. Wildan oversees production, while his wife Atieq manages contracts, and their son Fikri leads cupping and quality control. Cherries are processed the day they are delivered and fermented for 18 hours, before being washed and dried. In the cup, this coffee tastes like red grape and yellow nectarine, with a brown sugar-like sweetness. We roast every Wednesday and ship every Thursday.
