Whether you have a taste for Panamanian coffee or are looking to try something new, this cup offers unique flavour notes of mango, passionfruit, raspberry, rockmelon and jasmine tea. Processing & fermentation - Natural. The ripest cherries are hand picked with strict guidelines. They are cleaned and sorted to make sure no immature coffee gets through. They are place on raised beds to dry slowly (weather permitted) and raked constantly for an even and consistent result. Impact - Housing is provided for employees along with a school for the kids.
