Porfirio partners with the renowned Vides family, who have been shaping Guatemalan specialty coffee since Dr. Jorge Vides founded Finca La Bolsa in 1958. Alongside pioneering quality, the family has invested deeply in community impact, from founding a local school to creating child-labour prevention programs. Careful handpicking, water fermentation, and patio drying over 15 days ensures a clean, expressive profile.
