Pedro Rodríguez and his family are the proud owners of the farm, and the producers of this delectable caturra microlot. This 10 hectare farm commits 5 hectares to coffee plants, and provides high altitude and stable temperatures to the plants, perfect for a sweet cup of coffee. Daniela, Pedro’s daughter, notes that experience from their previous farms has led to Arcangel being a perfect plantation, working in harmony and feeling like you’re there with the angels. The farm's sustainability efforts involve recycling fallen leaves and coffee pulp as plant nutrition, and planting supporting shade trees, overall increasing biodiversity and consequently the coffee quality. This lot was hand picked, hand sorted and milled at La Luna, using state of the art equipment and techniques. The Rodríguez family is meticulous in their agriculture and processing experiments, aiming to provide you the best coffee the angels can offer.
