Jhoan is recognised for his commitment to quality and sustainability, producing coffees that are vibrant, juicy, and rich in distinctive fruit and floral notes. His work has garnered international success, and he continues to pioneer new techniques while maintaining the health and productivity of his farm. This Pink Bourbon from Las Flores undergoes the Swiss Water Process for decaffeination, a gentle, chemical-free method that uses pure water and time to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original integrity and aromatic profile.
