La Granada, in Acevedo, Huila, produces one of our favourite Pink Bourbon lots , cultivated by Don Gabriel Castaño Buendía. We’re thrilled to have it back, as it truky showcases the varietal at its best: gentle boozy notes, bright citrus, and sweet red-fruit clarity. Gabriel planted Pink Bourbon early in the region and spent many years refining it into the expressive, high-quality coffee it is today. Cherries are hand-selected, de-pulped, and fermented in bags for 100 hours, then dried for 60 hours. The careful process brings out a clean, layered cup with balanced acidity and a smooth, refined mouthfeel. La Granada is a coffee that’s approachable yet distinctive — a classic Pink Bourbon that’s easy to enjoy, but impossible to forget. We’re honoured to continue enjoying this coffee as Don Gabriel’s son carries forward his father’s legacy.
