Home Chai Latte Recipe: Add 25g (a heaped tablespoon) into the bottom of your pot and top with just enough hot water to cover the leaves. Brew for three to four minutes then add your milk of choice. Warm over a medium heat until steamy. Strain into your favourite mug and sip away. Tea Recipe: Place 25g of chai into your pot/infuser and top with 350ml of 95 degree water.
