This coffee is made up of the production from Alvaro Coli and Jose Wagner, two of our long-term partners and members of the Cocarive cooperative. These coffees were selected for their quality and flavour profile, and for the producer’s commitment to safeguarding a sustainable future for the region. The result is an exceptionally tasty coffee with notes of yellow fruit, chocolate, brown sugar, and a soft refined acidity.
