Notes of yellow nectarine and Meyer lemon with jasmine undertones. Origin: Guji, Sidama, Ethiopia Varietal: Local landrace varieties Process: Washed This coffee was processed at the Bishan Wate washing station in Buku Seyisa, Guji, and operated by Testi Coffee. Around 600 to 800 smallholder farmers contributed to the lot, with most working organically on plots under one hectare. The site was chosen for its high elevation, favourable microclimate, and access to clean water from the Wate River. As part of Testi’s Premium cherry Selection program, farmers are paid a premium to deliver on the ripest cherries, resulting in consistently high-quality cups. In the cup, this coffee tastes like yellow nectarine and Meyer lemon, with jasmine undertones. We roast every Wednesday and ship every Thursday.
