In this course, we will delve deeper into the details of manual dosing, grind distribution, and other factors that affect espresso extraction. This course is a potential fit for experienced baristas and coffee enthusiasts who wish to refine their home-brewing skills to a professional standard. You will have the opportunity to work with different coffees and develop a greater understanding of the espresso machine and coffee grinder features. Operated in Melbourne and limited to four students per class, this course ensures personalised attention, fostering an intimate and focused learning environment.
