The Turin MC3 Espresso Machine gives you precise control over pre-infusion, flow and temperature, making it easier to dial in consistent, repeatable espresso at home. With real-time pressure feedback and adjustable shot parameters, you can see how changes affect extraction and refine your results with more confidence. It’s built around a hybrid heating system, combining a PID-controlled thermoblock with a PTC-heated brew group and a dedicated 2.5L steam boiler. This setup supports fast heat-up, stable brewing conditions and the ability to brew and steam at the same time, while keeping the workflow responsive. Shaping the Shot From the Start Adjustable pre-infusion time and flow let you control how the puck is saturated before full pressure is applied. This helps reduce channelling and creates a more even extraction, particularly when working with finer grinds or lighter roasts. With more control at this early stage, it becomes easier to guide how the shot develops, making adjustments more predictable and repeatable across different coffees. Fast Heat-Up with Added Stability The PID-controlled thermoblock brings the machine up to temperature quickly, while the PTC-heated brew group helps maintain heat through the shot. This combination reduces temperature drop during extraction and supports more consistent results shot to shot. A separate 2.5L steam boiler allows you to brew and steam at the same time, and can be switched off when not needed to reduce heat-up time and energy use. Flexible Setup to Suit Your Space The MC3 can run from its 1.5L water tank, be directly plumbed in, or draw from an external container using the included pump system, making it easy to adapt to different setups. This flexibility means you’re not locked into one way of using the machine, whether you’re bench-top or building out a dedicated coffee space. A full-colour touchscreen keeps adjustments simple and accessible, with control over pre-infusion, shot programming and temperature all in on
